Private PA to Actor
Posted 30 September 2026We're searching for a Private PA to an Oscar and multi award winning actor.
Responsibilities
You'll run diaries, travel and correspondence with agents and publicists (flights booked, driver waiting, suitcase ready), coordinate the small household team, manage invoices and charity requests, and hold the structure at home through a big filming year abroad. A set PA covers productions; you are the constant. Driver with own car essential. London and beyond considered. A real person for the long term; someone great, ready to go on the journey.

Art Consultant / Sales Executive
Posted 4 September 2026This one is for anyone who is naturally gifted at sales. If you build rapport in seconds, read a room, and close with confidence, you can do this job. Art experience is not required: passion, personality and drive are. You will be joining the world's leading gallery group in modern and contemporary fine art, selling original paintings, limited editions and sculpture by award winning contemporary artists alongside 20th Century Modern Masters. You will sell one to one, face to face on the gallery floor, over the phone, by private appointment and in clients' homes, building your own client base and earning uncapped commission against monthly targets. If you have thrived in high end retail, hospitality, property, luxury travel or events, anywhere you sell through relationships rather than scripts, you will recognise this role instantly.
Responsibilities
The Role
Reporting to the Gallery Manager, you will deliver an exceptional, consultative acquisition experience: expert, personal and never pushy. You will build long term relationships and become your clients' trusted art dealer as they build their collections, acting as an ambassador for the brand throughout.
You will:
- Hit and exceed individual monthly sales targets, earning commission on top of salary.
- Sell face to face, by phone, by private appointment and on home approvals at clients' homes or offices.
- Drive add on and upgrade sales, for example moving a client from a limited edition to an original.
- Write inspiring, personal emails that convert into private consultations.
- Welcome every client warmly, qualify them properly, capture data in full and follow up leads within 48 hours.
- Ask confidently for referrals after every sale.
- Work the CRM hard, contacting all client categories and progressing clients from prospect to regular to VIP.
- Keep your artist knowledge and art market knowledge current so you speak with real credibility.
- Help keep the gallery beautifully presented: commercial hangs, priced and labelled work, striking windows, clean floor and organised stock room.
- Support gallery events, including building the guest list and working occasional late evenings.
- Handle deliveries, wrapping and stock rotation, and complete the daily sales report accurately.
- Provide occasional cover at other galleries in your region.
What we are looking for
What We Are Looking
- For Natural sales ability and a genuine passion for art.
- Confidence and warmth across a broad range of clients, with the ability to flex your style.
- Commercial judgement and integrity when balancing client expectations with business objectives.
- A team player working towards the collective gallery target.
- Ambition, drive, resilience and energy.
Travelling PA to Artist
Posted 4 September 2026This is a travelling PA role supporting a high-profile principal across an extensive international touring and events schedule, typically 150–200 days a year on the road across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, with back-to-back city stops, late finishes and early departures. Between tours you'll be based in London, working alongside the EA and household team.

Senior Travel Agent
Posted 4 September 2026We are looking for a Senior Travel Agent for a growing travel business looking after touring artists, their management and a corporate roster that includes commodity brokers, traders and an insurance firm. The UK team is three, so this is a role with genuine ownership rather than a seat in a large pool. It will suit someone from a smaller or boutique agency who is ready for a bigger stage. The company will also talk to an independent agent with a book of their own and a booker alongside them.
Responsibilities
- Managing travel end to end for a portfolio of music and corporate clients, covering flights, hotels, ground transport and visas.
- Building and costing tour and promotional itineraries with tour managers, artist management and personal assistants.
- Acting as the daily point of contact for your accounts and handling amendments, cancellations and disruption at speed.
- Negotiating rates without compromising service, and keeping records and reconciliations accurate.
- Covering your share of the rota and helping grow the accounts as the business expands.
What we are looking for
- GDS trained, confident across fares, ticketing, reissues and complex multi sector itineraries without supervision.
- Experience in tour management travel or corporate travel, ideally both.
- Comfortable with clients who expect an answer within minutes, including outside office hours.
- Confident, positive and calm under pressure, with the instinct to solve the problem in front of you.
- Sharp attention to detail, strong communication and complete discretion with high profile travellers.

Responsibilities
General House Keeping duties.
